Although it does not have a parking space, you can briefly park to unload luggage and then look for parking in the surrounding area 🚗.
The environment is wonderful and complete: supermarkets, restaurants, hairdressers, banks, gyms, schools, bus stops and even a health centre just 300 metres away. Everything necessary for comfortable and worry-free holidays.
The apartment is located on a first floor (mezzanine type) without a lift, within a building with only three apartments and two studios. Its access requires climbing a few steps, facilitating arrival with luggage.
Upon entering, you are greeted by a spacious area with a balcony, living-dining room and an American kitchen with industrial design and stainless steel furniture. A corridor connects the living room with the bedrooms and a complete bathroom with a washing machine for your convenience. The apartment has two spacious bedrooms with a private bathroom: one with a Queen Size bed and bathtub, and another with two single beds and shower. The single beds bedroom has a perfect terrace for relaxing, reading, or having a tea ☕📖.
The sleeping spaces are 6 in total: 4 in the bedrooms and 2 on the sofa bed in the living room, ideal for families or small groups.
