POINT B EXCLUSIVE - This renovated Custom Cape enjoys good indoor-outdoor living with a hot tub and fire pit, three levels of furnished indoor spaces, all with close proximity to Edgartown Village.
This nicely appointed house features a first-floor Living Room, Dining Room, and Chef Kitchen. The Living Room is anchored on one end by a fireplace and has sofa and chair seating. The Dining Room sits across from the Living Room. A set of French doors opens to the Kitchen.
The Cook's Kitchen has stainless appliances, quartz counters, and center prep island/breakfast bar with butcher block counter. French doors open to the large back deck for outdoor dining and grilling. There is also a first-floor TV/Media Room (with sleeper sofa) and Powder Room.
All four Bedrooms have their own private en suite baths. The Primary Bedroom has a private stairway and is located above the garage, on the second floor. It has vaulted ceiling with beadboard and a sitting area with sofa. The two other second-floor Bedrooms are accessed by the main center stairway. The fourth Bedroom is on the walk-out lower level. It has a set of French doors that open to the backyard.
There is also a Media Room with large screen TV and sofa seating on the lower level. It has a dry bar area as well.
The outdoor spaces include the large back deck with dining and grilling areas with a retractable awning, and the front farmer's porch. An 8-person hot tub has been added along with a circular gas fire pit and outdoor seating. All of downtown Edgartown is a short car or bike ride away.
HOT TUB NOTE: Hot tub is heated to 104 degrees and included in the rent (when open) for July and August. It is cleaned and maintained weekly. Additional fee of $125 will apply if the hot tub is requested to be heated to 104 degrees outside of July and August (when open).
