Our home offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience and is ideal for families, couples, or solo travelers looking to explore all that San Diego has to offer. We are a short walk to the neighborhood’s best restaurants, brewpubs, and cafes. Step inside and be greeted by a warm and inviting open living space. Tons of natural light fills the home. The open living and dining area features comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV, and a dining table perfect for meals or working remotely. The kitchen offers a large island with seating, the perfect place to gather, farmhouse sink, higher end appliances, and plenty of cooking tools, dishes and eating utensils. The spacious backyard features a large deck with seating and a sizeable area of turf that is ideal for play.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the porch, prepare a meal together at the kitchen island, and sip on a cocktail under the lights of the backyard deck.
Both bedrooms offer queen beds with linens and extra blankets available. The renovated bathroom is clean and offers a shower/tub combo. The sofa pulls out into a bed for an additional guest or children, with sheets and pillows provided. Central air conditioning to beat the summer heat! Close to everything! Our home is situated in the historic and trendy South Park neighborhood, known for its tree-lined streets, charming architecture, and local eateries. Enjoy a morning stroll in the nearby park or head to one of the many cafes and restaurants within walking distance. We're just a 5 minute drive to Balboa Park, the San Diego Zoo, and Gaslamp Quarter. 10-15 minutes to SeaWorld and the beautiful beaches of San Diego.
The home is located 2 blocks from a local grocery store and only .25 mile from Target (smaller version of a full Target). We set you up with kitchen and bathroom items, and then you can find any grocery, personal items, paper goods, drinks, etc without the need of a car.
