Chill out in the spacious living room that comes equipped with water views, a massive u-shaped couch, gas lit wood burning fireplace, and 70" TV.
Take it all in from the back deck, or swim near the waterfront hang out area that has stone steps leading into the water.
Practice your chipping game on three different golf holes cut into the 20,000 square feet of zoysia yard… up to a 25 yard shot!
On the main floor, there are two master suites with king beds, an additional queen bedroom, and two full bathrooms. The main master is equipped with a power tilt king size bed, spa style bathroom with dual shower heads, and a soaking tub.
Located downstairs is an additional queen bedroom, full bathroom, and den area. The den is equipped with a 55” TV, board games, and a queen size fold out couch.
