Summary: Went to Nashville for our granddaughter’s first birthday. We had a great stay at Eric’s place and would highly recommend. He was very responsive whenever we had questions/concerns. Also gave helpful information on restaurants. We hope to rent again from Eric. The neighborhood was pleasant and easy to walk around. Only about a mile or so from every convenience you could want or need.
