Positive: It’s virtually new, so it’s very crisp and clean. The layout is perfect, with two bedrooms on ground floor and two on first floor. Many balconies and lovely pool with loungers in shade and sun. Kitchen is very well equipped (a few more crockery and cutlery would be good). We ate all evening meals at the big table on the balcony where the gas barbecue made excellent roasted veg etc. Kostas, our host, was exceptionally helpful and responsive. It’s in a quiet village (apart from a local wedding celebration that involved airhorns and fireworks. But it’s their village so can’t complain).
Negative: Maybe location. It’s not a seaside property, so if your ideal holiday includes a short walk the beach, this is not for you. However there are 4-5 tavernas in the village, so you don’t have to travel at night to eat.
Summary: Fabulous large house, quiet location, super host
