This charming cape is tucked away in a quaint setting, just a stone's throw to the beach (0.1mile away), Barnstable Harbor with Whale Watch, Mattakeese Restaurant, and Osterville Fish (seafood market with takeout and ice cream). Less than a mile to the village Market, gourmet coffee shop, and other great restaurants.
Aside from the location, the cleanliness and space of this home are also sure to impress. It features a fabulous floor plan with with hardwood floors throughout. There is a sun-filled entry space, and an open concept kitchen that leads nicely into the dining area, and on to the living room with sliders out to the deck. The perfect flow for entertaining. There is a master bedroom with private bath, another bathroom and 2 other bedrooms on the main floor. A staircase off of the living room leads to the 4th bedroom with full bath.
