⮞IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:
Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.
⮞Complete access for guest except garage which stays locked. No pets in sunroom or Theater.
⮞Guests will have access to a free driveway and street parking in front and at the back of the property.
⮞Please note that this property is equipped with a smart camera at the front door. This actively recording CCTV is installed for the safety of our guests and home.
⮞Unfortunately, we can’t offer bag drop off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use the Bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
⮞The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65-75F. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.
Hello, we put these in place not to be restrictive in any but to ensure that our home is kept in optimal condition for all guests including yourselves. We have painstakingly spent the time and money to make this home the type of home that we would enjoy staying in when we travel, we hope and humbly ask that you treat our home with the same love and care that you'd expect of your own home. Many of these rules are now in place based on real life actions by previous guests. We are very flexible and want guests to enjoy Campbell House! 1. No glass outside. We provide shatterproof glasses so if you'd be so kind as to use those and not glass bottles and glasses of any kind outside
2. Do not move any outdoor furniture inside.
3. If you move indoor furniture, please ensure that it is moved back to their original location.
4. No pets in Sunroom or Theater. The sunroom is a planted sunroom (meaning natural earth underneath) and as you might imagine pets naturally love to eat and urinate in this space.
5. Please clean up any spills or messes ASAP whether made by guests, children or pets. We do not expect guests to clean or dispose of linens, dishes, but please do your best to clean excessive surface messes.
6. Please don't leave any food items out overnight.
7. Please wipe pet's feet when coming back in the home. there are towels by the front door.
8. Please understand that the booking guest is responsible for anyone in the home including pets and children.
9. Garage is locked and off limits to guest. This is where we keep cleaning chemicals and storage for the home. If you need anything during your stay, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate the request.
