La ubicación del departamento es excelente, desde la terraza o desde el hall del departamento, podrás ver el atardecer y a unos pasos, puedes caminar por el malecón de la marina.
A 20 minutos en auto, llegarás a Larcomar y a 10 minutos, al supermercado Wong de la Calle Balta.
El departamento está remodelado y ahora cuenta con 3 habitaciones y 4 baños completos. La habitación principal tiene una cama queen, un futón de 1 plaza, un televisor, y un baño; la segunda habitación tiene dos camas de plaza y media, la tercera habitación ubicada en el segundo piso, una cama queen, un futón de 1 plaza y media y baño. La cocina es tal cual lo pueden ver en la galería de fotos, muy amplia y completa. Tiene una lavandería, donde hay un equipo de lavaseca, es decir, lava y seca a la vez.
La capacidad total del departamento es para 8 personas.
Para la primera noche, les damos de cortesía 1 botella de agua, papel higiénico, filtrantes, bolsas de basura, etc, lo necesario e indispensable hasta que puedan ir al supermercado.
Para reservas mínimas de 7 noches, damos limpieza rápida de cortesía, previa coordinación y disponibilidad del personal de limpieza (no se hace cambio de ropa de cama ni toallas). El día y hora se le informaría al responsable de la reserva.
