Summary: The host was friendly and communicated well. The property was very dusty under beds on ceiling fans and there was mildew in the shower window. Shower was strange but that's not a big deal. The beds were SO loud any movement and there was a loud squeak. Mulch in backyard was sharp so not super kid friendly for backyard. Smoke detectors seemed to be missing a cover plate was damaged so that was something we had to watch for with two young kiddos. Overall just seemed like it could use a refresh. Again host was nice and communicated checkout was simple and clear but just not the highest quality in regards to cleanliness and a maintained property.
