Summary: We stayed here on 25/07/2025 for one night. We arrived at around 15:30, and after quite a rude interaction with the person on the phone we finally got to our room, to be met by the cleaner who was still cleaning the room despite the fact it should have been ready by 14:00 (check-in time). Once he had finished, the room was still not in great condition. Marks all over the walls, and toilet not very clean. The whole place is just very tired and could do with a refurbishment and almost felt like it was the company's "forgotten property". Also messaged them about how to pay for parking in one of the spaces but never got a reply. Location however was good, about a 20 minute walk to the city centre which was ideal. There is also a couple of convenience shops on the doorstep which is handy. All in all, it is fine for 1 night but wouldn't stay any longer.
