This apartment will charm you by its cosy side: current decoration and very well equipped. It is located in a quiet area at 10 minutes walk from the T2 Jet d'Eau stop.
It is very well equipped and ideal for a stay of two people. The apartment is located on the ground floor of the building. It is composed of : - a beautiful living room with a double bed, a flat screen TV, - a very well equipped kitchen with: a refrigerator, a hotplate, a microwave, a toaster, and even a Nespresso coffee machine. - A bathroom which has also been redone, it has a shower cubicle as well as a toilet. To ensure you the best comfort, I put at your disposal an iron and an ironing board and a hair dryer.
We also provide premium quality towels and bed sheets, vanity kits, some coffee capsules and free high speed Wifi with a fiber optic connection. Only one set of keys will be given to you during your stay. You will be asked to present the corresponding hand-held identification from your reservation when you pick up the keys.
The cleaning fee includes the cleaning on arrival and after your departure but also the linen and towels, toiletries and coffee for your arrival.

Arrival times are between 5pm and 8pm. Outside of these hours and subject to availability, a surcharge will be requested:
- 2pm to 5pm: 20€.
- 8pm to 11pm: 20€.
No reception after 11pm will be made.
At your departure, please leave the accommodation as you found it on your arrival.
The cleaning fees will be charged a second time if you do not respect the departure time limit: 11am.
