This beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee waterfront home offers all the amenities for the ideal, fun-filled family vacation. It features a small sandy beach, a boat dock, a swim raft, spacious decks with outdoor dining areas, a hammock, and a firepit. Spend your days swimming, boating, or paddling around Blackey Cove in the canoe that is provided with the rental. The waterfront faces west and is ideally situated to view the spectacular sunsets over the lake in the evenings. The family can toast marshmallows and share laughs while sitting around the gas firepit at night.
The kitchen is roomy and well-equipped and the living room is smartly designed with floor-to-ceiling windows to capture the amazing views of Blackey Cove. The main level offers a main bedroom with a full bathroom, and a small TV. There is a lone bedroom on the upper level and a full bathroom. The lower level offers an entertainment area along with two more bedrooms that share a full bathroom. This home also has AC! There are three mini splits, one in each main bedroom and a large one for the whole first-floor living and kitchen area. There is also a separate screen house that has two beds. If you are bringing little ones, this home offers a crib, Pack N' Play, and a high chair.
