This 3BD/2BA home comfortably sleeps 5 guests, with an additional queen sized air mattress that can sleep another 2 guests upon request. The home is located on a corner lot next to Penitencia Creek in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood.

The space itself is comfortably furnished and is a perfect landing pad for travelers with family or executives who want a relaxing place close to the fun of downtown but far away enough from the bustle in a quiet, safe neighborhood.
Guests have full access to the main house and can go in and out as you please as this place is entirely yours. Please note there may be guests staying in the Studio Suite on the back of the property in which case, the back patio will be a shared space.

Conveniently located in the Berryessa area, the house is only a 15-min drive to the downtown San Jose scene or 20-min to the Levi's Football Stadium, where the 49ers play. Centrally located and a 10 minute drive from major hot spots like San Pedro's Square where you can grab an international bite to eat in the outdoor plaza (foodies love this place) or shop at boutiques along swanky Santana's Row. This home is also close to many trails leading directly to Alum Rock Park, California's oldest municipal park founded in 1872 (which is offering free car parking until September), and the Penitencia Creek Park. We love going on hikes and leisurely walks right outside of the home.
7-minute drive from grocery store (Safeway), gas stations (three within 2 miles of the house), restaurants, and Starbucks for your fix.
The San Jose area is a sprawling metropolis. You should plan to have a car for your visit, or else hail a taxi, Lyft, or UBER which is easily accessible from the house. Parking is available in the garage or on the street with free and ample street parking.

-If any signs of smoking or any smell is detected an automatic $250 deduction will be made from the security deposit.
-Please do not remove any of our property. If decor, towels, linens, etc. are found missing you will be charged the replacement fee plus an hourly labor rate of $50/hr to replace these items.
-For monthly rentals: The guest agrees to be billed back and pay any electric charges beyond $300/month. Oftentimes the bill may not arrive until after checkout, in which case we will contact you with any overages, which must be paid upon presentation.
-Do not rent our home if you plan to have more than groups of 10 over. This is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood – please no loud music or sounds that could disturb the neighbors. -Guests are responsible for keeping the space clean and in order. It is the responsibility of the guest to clean their dishes and bring furniture back to its original spot.
-All trash is to be placed in dustbins prior to check-out. No trash should be left out and about, including boxes, packing materials, etc. Guests are responsible for following garbage protocol and taking out their own trash by 9PM on Thursday evenings.
-There is a shared in-unit washer and dryer room by the garage for stays longer than 1 week. Please practice discretion as California is currently experiencing a drought.
