Set on one of the oldest roads in Upton, which was used to transport goods from Poole Quay to the market trading town of Dorchester, Dorset Cottage Annexe is rich in history from back as far as 1790, when it's neighbouring house was one of the only properties standing in the immediate area.
The lovely self-contained annexe is a charming and cosy space that caters to couples, and is the perfect base for those wanting to explore the Isle Of Purbeck and the rest of the Jurassic Coast, or sit back and unwind in the courtyard, with a glass of wine under the stars. The bright accommodation consists of an open-plan double bedroom, with a sitting and dining area, two seater sofa, television, dressing area, and dining table for two. Adjacent to the open-plan area, you will find a small kitchenette which is well-equipped, complete with a fridge, sink, microwave, induction hob, and coffee machine - perfect for preparing light meals.The adjacent shower-room offers a walk-in shower, sink, and WC.
Outside there is a courtyard garden with table and chairs, and this is an ideal sheltered spot for enjoying some good weather and sunshine.
