Positive: The decor, thoughtfully stocked in the kitchen and shower. Fresh towels, two sets and comfortable bed. Instructions were clear and easy to understand. The ‘Dreme Team’ was available and helpful

Negative: I was a bit intimidated by some homeless folks in the area. But there wasn’t a camp or anything. The area was actually really clean.
