Dunlin is a lovely semi-detached house situated in the seaside town of Burnham-on-Sea. This cottage sleeps four people in two double bedrooms, one of which is on the first floor. The cottage also has a ground floor bathroom, a kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room with a gas fire. Outside there's off road parking for one car and a lawned garden with patio, two-seater hot tub and furniture. Dunlin is a delightful base with a sandy beach only a five minute walk away, and many attractions are within reach. Note Sunday 5th November 2023, there will be a large firework display on the seafront and then on Monday 6th November a large Carnival takes place, a fun time to stay , not suitable for nervous pets

Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DAB radio, iPod dock, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Off road parking for 1 car. Front lawned garden and rear lawned garden with patio, bench, table and chairs and two-seater hot tub. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pubs, restaurants and beach 5 mins walk.
