Positive: The location is amazing, and the view from the balcony is exceptional, even if it is a little hard work to get there (spiral staircase). The lift is a little quirky, but certainly reminiscent of days gone by. Great space in the living room and kitchen area. Superb WiFi, very fast.
Negative: It was disappointing that the seal on the fridge was failing, so it won't shut properly. We had to wedge it closed with a bar stool to attempt to cool drinks, etc. It can be very hot in the loft bedroom, and the small A/C unit doesn't help, unfortunately. There are fans scattered around the property to help if the weather is hot, but it is hard to cool the attic room. We would have scored the property higher if it weren't for a few facility issues
