Positive: location is great
Negative: The sofa in the living room is very uncomfortable (and unattractive), there is no comfortable outdoor/patio furniture except the fold up chairs in the closet, An outdoor table & chairs and comfortable loveseat & chairs would be lovely. The locks on the French doors do not lock well, we waited several hours for the maintenance man to come and secure one of the doors which was unlocked, he locked it and ordered whatever parts were needed....he was very nice. The toilet in the guest bath takes a long time to refill, there are ants in the kitchen. It's overall kind of dreary, could use fresh coat of paint.
