Positive: Location, ease of access, owner availability. Property is also directly opposite a new establishment in area which we loved. Simple, easy and appreciated. Lovely to have somewhere to sit outside and the sun loungers were an extra bonus due to the stunning weather we were not expecting.
Negative: Nothing. However if we could offer any feed back it would be the location/ address given. Maybe tweak the address and advise of the phase and add an up to date photo (road view) that shows location clearer ie..(property is adjacent to Greenlands “as a landmark”.. if you are not aware of the urbanisation you would struggle to locate the property) I would add directions from the island at the start of El mirador ? Where to park and find? Just a thought :)
