Electricity and Water are working. This townhome was not damaged from Hurricane Helene. We look forward to hosting service workers coming in to help! Harbor House is nestled in the Highlands of NC in a pristine resort of Linville Land Harbor. Linville Land Harbor has a golf course, beach area, a pool, canoe/ paddle board amongst other amenities all available to guests. Banner Elk, Grandfather, Sugar Mountain, and Blue Ridge Parkway are all a short drive away. Harbor House sits on the 10th fairway with a wraparound covered deck with hot tub. End unit with personal fire pit space. This Townhome is very cozy with 2 parking spaces available.
Harbor House has an epic view on the 10th fairway of the golf course and is a popular spot to sit and enjoy the view. The dining area has an oversized island that leads into the living area which has a buck stove and 60 in. mounted smart TV with cable. The 2nd story has a master bedroom with full size adjustable bed and (2) twin trundle beds along with private full bath. The 2nd bedroom has a brand new king size bed and separate full bath. Harbor House has high speed internet along with smart TV's in bedrooms along with cable TV. An air mattress can be found in the closet upstairs if you need additional sleeping space. Enjoy the convenient access to The Patio, a place to grab a bite to eat a block from the townhome.
Harbor House offers keyless entry and has a Ring security camera on the outside of the front door.
