Summary: Nice space and location but we would not rent here againThis rating is 2 due to some issues we hadSleeps 8 but couch only seats 3 so we used dining room chairsNot a pro or con but the beds are all extremely firm bordering on hardA/C was not operational for the season yet and the unit was 76-86 degrees insideWe bought floor fans at the local ACE to try to get it more comfortable inside as the bedroom windows did not help cool the kitchen or living areas There are no ceiling fans in kitchen or living room and the living room window does not open so no way to get air movement Rooms have fans but no ventilation ducts, there is a small A/C and heater in the kitchen that I don’t think would heat or cool the bedroomsNot listed as an amenity but no washer/dryer is a bummer
