Next to a natural butterfly preserve. A short walk through the eucalyptus trees brings you to the bluffs overlooking Ellwood Beach and the Pacific Ocean! Feels like a private beach as used almost exclusively by this neighborhood. Doors open to a yard full of plants, birds and the sound of the waterfall in the pond with a newly built Bocci court and outdoor fire-pit terrace. Near by: Beach, mountains, UCSB, 15 min from downtown SB and 1 mile from shopping, groceries, brewery and restaurants.
The space
This home was completely rebuilt 10 years ago. Interior decor and landscaping professionally designed by us. A botanical oasis and a short 10 minute walk to the beach! This is our primary residence but we would love to share it with people that will enjoy it and take care of it like it's your own.
Seriously this home is like a little bit of paradise. We keep almost all doors open all day to hear the birds chirping and the sound of the waterfall. The temperature right here is moderate, no need for AC or heat usually. But we have ceiling fans and central heating if you desire.
Some highlights of the House:
Lots of natural light, beautifully landscaped front and back yard and outdoor living space - sofas, dining table, water garden and Bocci court. High ceilings with sky lights, fully equipped kitchen. Wifi, Smart TV and Sonos. We keep it CLEAN and are non smokers with no pets.

Other things to note
This is a residential neighborhood and we ask that you be considerate to our neighbors especially during the evenings. No outdoor gatherings past 10pm please. Occasional airplane noise as SBA is 4 miles away and we aren't far off the flight path.
