Enter this home through the 9 foot arched double mahogany door and find yourself in the marble floored entry foyer with step down into family room which looks right out to the wonderfully large heated salt water pool. First floor also includes one bedroom with Queen bed and full bath, second bedroom with Twin Beds, full bath with Tub, and a large laundry/cabana room which includes Refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, sink and of course, your washer and dryer. There is also a full bath off pool area. Come up to Second Floor and enjoy the vaulted ceiling in the great room with wall of windows facing East which gives you fabulous views of the ocean. The Dining Room seats 10 comfortably with doors opening to deck overlooking pool and garden below. Chef's Kitchen includes granite counter tops, center island, top of counter range and high end appliances. Master bedroom with hardwood floors offers cathedral ceilings, a private balcony with view of pool, a King bed and is located in separate wing of home and includes a beautiful bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. There is another King Bedroom with full bath and a third bedroom on the second floor with yet another Queen bed with full bath and tub. Full exterior staircase from second floor living area to pool deck, plus a top deck with beach and bay views. Great Decks in front and back of home are just waiting for you to relax and enjoy. Please note that 2 bedroom sets will be replaced but bedding will be the same.
