MINUTES from downtown Louisville and 7.5 miles from Churchill Downs! Nestled in to the St. Matthews community, you are walking distance from local restaurants, boutiques, and bars! Our home offers one primary en-suite with a King bed and full bath with walk-in shower. To complete the second level, there are two more bedrooms that share a Jack/ Jill full bathroom with tub/ shower. On the first level, there is a fourth bedroom with en-suite full bath. There is a powder room located directly off the newly renovated kitchen. Great backyard patio space and large living room and family room to comfortably spread out! This is our primary home and we will make sure your stay is as comfortable as if you were in your own home!
