Our one bedroom, one bath cozy hideaway has a large sofa sleeper for your guests, and all the comforts of home. Take a stroll through our organic orchard, pick avocados, lemons, or mandarines from our fruit trees and peacefully unplug. 10 minutes from wineries, golf course, and casinos.
The property is nestled on 5 acres of land, with an orchard full of fruit trees on the side. The living area sits on the 2nd floor, while the garage and laundry room are on the first floor. Upstairs includes a large patio and seating areas for you and your guests to enjoy the beautiful views. Bathroom and bedrooms have recently been upgraded and updated. There is a small dining area for two with additional counter space and chairs for two more people. The kitchen has all the appliances you need, including microwave, stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Dishes, bowls, silverware and glasses are all provided for your convenience. There is an Amazon Alexa available to play your favorite music.
Guests have access to all the living space on the second floor, the patio, the laundry room on the bottom floor, the half bath next to the laundry room. They are free to roam around the premises and the orchard. Guests are not allowed to use the Garage, as that is for private use only.
