This is an event space. The house very grand and stately. There are 4 rentable units on VRBO, and then this event space. The space itself is furnished finished, soundproofed, lots of lighting all dimmable. There is a new bar with 2 fridges, sinks, ice bin etc; the bar is complete. Two separate exits, exit lighting, and state of the art fire detection and suppression. There is a ADA handicapped bath and a mens room with a urinal; so two brand new bathrooms with ventilation in each. Also there is a whole room ventilation system which is very effective in turning over air. 14 Bars stools two sofas two benches a pool table. Comes with stereo and speakers and 65 inch flat screen with full cable; and there is also GB wireless in the space to boot. THIS IS AN EVENT SPACE DOES NOT HAVE BEDS so you cant sleep there. But rent the other units and have a ball!

Summary: I had been here for a Super Bowl party and liked it so much that I decided to rent it for our employee party since we could provide our own food and alcohol. What can I say: it’s great to have your own fully equipped bar 2 blocks away from downtown Winooski with onsite parking. The space is larger and nicer than the photos. It was well ventilated, which was appealing for our more COVID-conscience employees. Good sound system but appreciated being able to control the volume so people could still connect. We didn’t try out the karaoke—maybe next time--but the pool table and darts were a hit. I would definitely rent this again for another party.
