Summary: The staff at Falling Leaves is 2nd to none. Paula at the front desk called my tour company to have them pick me up from the hotel both days even though the tour company did not have that as an option. The pool is spectacular in a jungle setting. Genesis in the restaurant offers fantastic service. Meals are simple but delicious. The rooms are very simple and the bathroom small with a pedestal sink. The door goes right to the outside so do know that some creepy crawlies can occasionally make it in. The place is on top of a steep hill right next to the Mayan ruins in town and a 30 min walk from the center of town. I do highly recommend this place.
