You'll find gleaming heart pine floors, ample natural light, and an airy, open design throughout. For outdoor enjoyment, there's a fully screened porch perfect for morning coffee, evening cocktails, and conversation, alongside an adjacent open-air deck with a gas grill, and outdoor shower. Inside, the open kitchen is equipped with high-end Viking appliances and a large island that doubles as a buffet and seats five. The dining room offers comfortable seating for ten, ensuring plenty of space for family meals. Additional conveniences include a three-zone air conditioning system, a washer/dryer, and two outdoor showers. The location provides easy access to local attractions. You can spend your mornings at the beach, return for lunch, and then enjoy an afternoon stroll to the boardwalk or the unique shops in town. For those looking to explore further, Delaware Seashore State Park is just to the north, and Fenwick Island State Park is to the south. Guests pay a $400 cleaning fee for all stays. No Pets, No Smoking. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00.
