Situated in the heart of Fredericksburg minutes to Central Park, Cosner’s Corner, Rappahannock River, restaurants, breweries, wineries, bars, shopping, historic sites, amazing trails & various activities, our home will meet all your needs for both work & leisure. 3 BR, 1 family BR with 2 full baths, 2 half baths, TVs in each room, wet bar, air hockey, fully equipped kitchen, fire pit, grill, backyard AND a deck make this a dream home for families visiting the area or friends looking to get away.
Ground floor: The family room has a pull-out sofa (queen size foam mattress) and an air hockey table for the everyone to have a great time hanging out. Enjoy the firepit in the yard for a cozy night making smores around the fire. There is also a half bathroom.
Main floor: Enter the spacious living room and wet bar area next to the fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops and plenty of space to cook a multi-course meal! The dining room leads to the deck where you can revel in your day grilling (charcoal) or make yourself comfortable at the desk in the living room while working from home.
Third floor: The Master/King Bedroom, 2 Queen bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms each have a TV and blackout curtains. The laundry room is right in the middle of it all.
