Christmas week's price was just reduced after a guest emergency forced their cancellation. Families & business travelers Love our Recently Renovated tri-level. Come home to Millionaire Row, the street rated the safest in Kansas City. Stately Historic Register mansions built in the late 1800s front our quiet, tree-lined cul de sac. With Very Low traffic our formerly private compound is Great for walking & jogging. Our back deck is filled with plants & patio furniture for relaxation. The main level of our home has a large living room, dining room & chef's kitchen. The kitchen and dining room join with a granite bar complete with adjustable barstools and a formal dining room table and chairs. Family and friends will enjoy each other's company while relaxing or joining in as food is prepared. With 2 Bedrooms & a bathroom upstairs & 2 bedrooms & a bathroom downstairs guests have the ultimate separation and privacy for working or sleeping. Our plush Queen-size beds will have you waking up feeling rested and relaxed. Stretch your feet out in front of our fireplace. Off-street parking for 4 cars. 5 min. to Downtown, Sprint Center, Westport, the Plaza, the Hyatt & Crown Center. St Lukes Hospital and the Nelson Art Gallery are also 5minutes away.
