The villa stands on a 2500 M2 flat Plot in the urbanization of pinos de alhaurin only a 20 minute walk or 5 minutes drive from the town of Alhaurin de la Torre which has an abundance of great bars, restaurants, tapas bars, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies and much more. The villa is situated only a few minutes drive from Lauro golf, and 15 minutes from Alhaurin golf.
As you enter the property through electric gates into a huge concrete printed driveway. the le tennis court is situated to the left . On the front of the property is a large covered terrace with a 10 seater dining table perfect to enjoy your morning coffee or your evening meal.
Next to the pool is a fully equipped kitchen with double oven, sink and fridge freezer. Bathroom/changing room. Jacuzzi. Bar area and plenty of seating for 20 people. The double BBQ overlooks the orchard.
The rear garden is where the gymnasium and sauna are located, with another covered area.
