You can find around town transportation or have an Uber or Lyft driver get you directly to the home, and additionally there is parking in the driveway or on the street in front of the house for your own vehicle.
Layout of the home has 2 private bedrooms on the main level with new queen sized beds and plenty of closet and storage space, 2 main level bathrooms equipped with showers, included shampoo and conditioner and clean towels. The fully equipped kitchen is on the main level next to a dining room with seating for 6. You've got access to a high end oven and stove, a microwave and coffee maker and all needed cookware and utensils. Going through the kitchen there is a door leading downstairs to the basement with a basement living room space with a couch and desk area and one open concept bedroom and the third bathroom/shower. Enjoy a laundry room with a front loading washer and dryer to launder and freshen up your wardrobe. There is an extra fridge in the outside garage with the garbage bins. The backyard is massive and fully enclosed which provides peace of mind for allowing children or pets to play with ease and they will love exploring the pink life sized doll house back there. Feel free to use the gas BBQ grill to whip up some burgers or grilled veggies,
We have a coded door lock so no interaction with the host is necessary. Come and go as you please, we are friendly people and are happy to interact and answer any questions or requests should you need or want anything. We are available via the platforms message system or accessible by text and are happy to meet any plausible requests or needs for your stay. The Feeling Groovy home is in a family friendly and safe neighborhood so enjoy the comfort and ease of being in a good area and please be respectful of neighborhood noise curfews of 10pm.

Smoking, vaping or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premise of the property. We do not allow any house parties in our homes out of respect for neighbors and the protection of our beautiful homes. Pet Policy:
Please note that we do have an additional pet fee to help protect against the natural wear and tear it causes to our properties by allowing pets. If your furry friends are accompanying you for your stay, we do allow up to 2 dogs and charge a pet fee of $50 for 1 dog or $115 for 2 dogs. This fee is required and is paid after booking is complete when you register your pet on our digital check-in, please note pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets.
Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking/drug policy and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done.
