Unsere 2017 neu erbauten, modern und komfortabel eingerichteten Ferienwohnungen liegen in zentraler (50 m Entfernung Bäcker/Metzger/Post/Bank) und ruhiger Lage im Radolfzeller Ortsteil Böhringen, nahe dem wunderschön gelegenen, ortseigenen Badesee. Sehr gute Anbindung durch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (wenige Gehminuten zur Stadtbushaltestelle und zum Bahnhof). Unsere großzügigen Wohnungen im Dach- und Obergeschoß bieten Ihnen alle Annehmlichkeiten und genug Raum zum wohnen und entspannen. Unsere Dachschrägen sind bis zum Giebel sichtbar, das ergibt eine Raumhöhe in der Mitte von 5 Metern.
Die großzügige, modern und komfortabel eingerichtete 3 Zimmer Nichtraucher-Ferienwohnung mit 80qm bietet für bis zu 5 Personen Platz und wurde 2017 neu erbaut. Wireless Lan ist vorhanden sowie Flachbild-Fernseher und Radio. Die Gäste übernachten in zwei getrennten Schlafräumen ( Doppelbett mit getrennte Matratzen sowie drei Einzelbetten ). Auch ein Babybett, Kinderstuhl, Standspiegel, Zimmersafe, Bügelbrett stehen zur Verfügung. Das große Tageslichtbad hat ein Waschbecken und eine separate, barrierefreie Dusche sowie WC und Kosmetikspiegel. Die Einbauküche ist mit Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Kaffeemaschine, Teekocher, Toaster, Tisch- und Küchenwäsche ausgestattet. An den großzügigen Wohn-/Essbereich mit bodentiefen Fenstern, grenzt die gemütliche Dachloggia an. Das intelligentes Lüftungssystem in der ganzen Wohnung sorgt für ein angenehmes Raumklima.
