Positive: The area is lovely. It's pleasant to use the terrace with its beautiful view to the countryside.
Negative: The place was absolutely dirty: fridge filthy, kitchen desk had left over coffee powder, handle of toilet brush was broken (hence too short), brush itself brown and dirty. Tv screen too small. The place could do with a makeover.
