Positive: Flat is very nice. It's comfortable. There is all you need. If you have a car it's a good quiet location very close to Freiburg. The host is great too.

Negative: We feel the list of chores to do before checking-out before 10am seemed a bit much (taking out the trash, removing the bed sheets, making sure all the plates/cutlery/glassware was washed and back into their proper place). Not sure this is the norm or not.
