Enjoy the peacefulness of El Cortez on Mustang Island, just three miles south of Port Aransas. You will love the open floor plan and spacious living room and bedrooms with ocean life décor carried throughout. Cable and WIFI are available in the condo with a TV in each bedroom. Gather everyone in the living room to watch a movie on the large TV while lounging on the couch (which doubles as a sleeper sofa) or armchairs. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals such as spacious countertops, white appliances, a regular drip coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils. Enjoy meals at the dining table with seating for four and additional seating for two at the breakfast bar. Take your coffee out to the balcony to sip on in the ocean breeze.
