Welcome to Chicago! We're thrilled you're considering our home for your trip. Our Chicago brick home, adjacent to a beautiful park, was originally built in the 1890's and just undertook a nearly half a million dollar renovation project.
West town is centrally located being just west of downtown Chicago and close to just about everything.
-2 miles straight down Chicago Ave to the Magnificent Mile
-4 miles to Wrigley Field
-6 miles to Guaranteed Rate Stadium
-5 miles to Soldier Field
-2 miles to United Center
-A half mile walk to the Blue Line "L" train
-Just steps from Chicago's super hip bars, restaurants, and nightlife on Chicago and Division streets.
Everything in our home is high end and new for your enjoyment. Sub Zero refrigerator, Wolf double oven with griddle, Grohe fixtures throughout. 10 foot ceilings, New wood floors and cabinets. The home is approximately 4000 sq ft and has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths with 4 levels of living space. Each level above ground has its own 175 sq ft deck off the back for outdoor entertaining and a beautiful spiral staircase that goes all the way up.
My family and I spent 5 months living in the home and outfitting it with hotel like amenities, trying to think of anything and everything that a discerning traveler like yourself could possibly need. New couches and all new furniture, new high quality linens, organic or natural mattresses and bedding and the home was very thoughtfully decorated and stocked with every convenience item imaginable.
Don't rent a condo or in a high-rise where you need to deal with neighbors. This is truly your very own oasis right in the middle of the city.
** A note about extra guest fee's. 6 guests are included in the per night price, its $79 per person per night thereafter. The reason for this is the higher cost incurred from larger groups. The costs are higher in electricity, gas, water, consumables, wear and tear on the home and insurance liability. Thanks for your understanding.
