Summary: The stay was great once the miscummunication of HOA regulations, at this location, were straightened out. It was not stated explicitly enough that there was "no smoking" inside as well as outside on property until booked and paid for. Also, no mention of no AC, for some this could be a health issue.Final mention, is the owner of the property was very easy to work with and would give a recommendation for this property.
