***Please Note - Due to heavy snow this past winter the back deck is no longer available. It has been removed prior to being rebuilt this summer of 2023. There are 4 steps from the back door to the backyard with outdoor tables, chairs, and a propane grill. The fire pit is available with seating (check fire restrictions before use). This 2,000 sqft, 7-bedroom, 2-full, and 2-half-bath home is great for a big family getaway in the beautiful Forest Lakes. In the mountains of Arizona, Forest Lakes Chalet has a large and open interior that can accommodate up to 18 guests and provides amenities for everyone's comfort and enjoyment including central air conditioning, great appliances, a washer and dryer, comfortable beds, BBQ, fire pit and much more.
This home has so much to offer. You'll love all the outdoor opportunities nearby like Woods Canyon Lake and Willow Spring Lake for fishing, swimming, hiking, small motor boating, canoeing, kayaking, hunting, biking, camping, and more! But don't forget the fun things to do right on the property. Enjoy the outdoor fire pit or set up a tent right outside and experience incredible star gazing while enjoying the great outdoors.
The spacious kitchen has everything you'll need and more to cook a tasty dinner for family or friends. There are multiple places to sit and relax in the two living rooms and the family room. Sit and read a book by the fireplace, or kick back and watch TV. On the main floor, there are three bedrooms with two full bathrooms. Each loft on the east and west has two bedrooms with jack and Jill half baths. The comfortable bedrooms are the perfect place to get a good night's rest after a day of hiking, exploring, or to just get away from it all.
Down the street, the library has a basketball, and a court available for your use. Forest Lakes General Store is only two minutes away to pick up a few forgotten necessities or groceries. Get a bite to eat close by at Rim Resort General Store or the Cafe at Rim Resort. The nearby town Heber-Overgaard offers restaurants such as Bugles Bar and Grill and Casa Ramos to experience local and delicious meals.

4 Pet Policy: Two 20 lb or smaller dogs or one 40 lb or less medium dog allowed with permission AT TIME OF BOOKING. An additional fee of a $50 nonrefundable deposit plus $25 per day per pet is required. Dogs are not allowed on the beds or furniture. There will be an additional fee if pets were allowed on the bed or furniture. NO OTHER PETS ARE ALLOWED DUE TO THE SEVERE MEDICAL ALLERGIES OF THE HOMEOWNERS.
5. 30-day plus rentals require a $1000 refundable security deposit and an additional cleaning fee (Please inquire). This deposit is required and is fully refundable within (7) days of departure, provided the house rules listed are met.
