Positive: Beautiful location, comfortable and so cute. The hosts had left a lovely package of bread, butter, coffee, milk and jam. Also hand cream and towels throughout. It was lovely and warm and had good shower facilites. The most comfortable bed! I found that it was so homely and so quaint very true to photos which was perfect. The location is so peaceful which was exactly what I needed for the purpose of my stay. Heated bed warmers were also very appreciated as it was very cold and snowing at my time off travel. Really the a gorgeous cottage which I truly loved being at.
Negative: I was under the belief from the advertisement that the garden was private and really it was the reason i picked it for my dog to have an enclosed space and freedom. This was probably my mistake and i should have checked. But to make others aware, the garden is also a shared parking space for another cottage which means you are never fully relaxed especially with low windows or indeed if you have a dog you are letting out. (I did message on my arrival on booking.com about this ad it greatly confused me arriving at 6pm nye to two other cars parked on my property but never received a response back.) A warning that WiFi was not sufficient before travel. The oven often clicked off the electric and the fire which i only really wanted the light for to feel more cosy just switched off as soon as you put it on.
Summary: Beautiful cottage with many great extras in a great location.
