Positive: The price was good. The bathroom and kitchen were also good.
Negative: The apartment was 3 ft from Belmont train station. And if the apartment had been at ground floor and not 5th floor, I would be able to touch the trains passing by. 6 digit code for the street door and 8 digit code for the apartment door.
Summary: Good place if you are on a budget and if you don’t hear so well.
