Positive: When we were looking for a place to stay, most options were either very old or too expensive. This place was a great find. Our room had its own private bathroom, which made the stay much more comfortable. Breakfast was included and tasted amazing. One of my favorite parts was the small window at the top of the hotel where you could see Mount Fuji. The sauna looked really nice, but it was too cold for us to try it during our stay. The staff were very friendly and showed us around the property when we arrived. They also had a water refill station, which was very convenient.
Negative: I think the heat in our room is not really working, it was acceptable but kinda cold
