Enjoy being minutes from Top Restaurants, Biltmore Shopping, and Entertainment. Located in a small townhouse community with access to a pool outside the front door. You can enjoy the city life & retreat to quiet. 10 min to the airport, 15 min to downtown or Scottsdale, 5 min to hwy, light rail & to hike at Piestewa Peak. Trader Joes, Whole Foods & a Sat. farmers market within 5-10 min. Fully Stocked kitchen with pans, pots, dishes, etcAlso you are walking distance to amazing restaurants & nightspots. I truly love this neighborhood! This is a completely remodeled home & I am relocating closer to family for awhile and have prepared it to be rented. It is in excellent condition! I hope you enjoy the personal touches! My complex ONLY allows 30 day+ rentals so this is great for traveling professionals, long vacations, snowbirds, etc. This is a Smart Home with newer appliances and we can assist you if you get locked out, need to adjust temperatures, etc. The house features 2 primary suites - 1 upstairs & 1 on the main floor. The unit has vaulted ceilings and the loft area is great for relaxing, working out & also has a full desk area with wifi printer. I love the tranquility of the space & the openness between the floors, yet separation between the bedrooms. The backyard patio is perfect size for relaxing, eating & grilling. There is also a pool right outside the front door that you will have access to, it is not heated but perfect when it's hot outside. Please be mindful the pool area is shared with other residents. It's important to note there is a carport with two spaces and additional parking on the street.
