Summary: Good central location. Room a little tired but clean. Breakfast was good but chefs were loudly debating politics in kitchen Stairs out of action but sign saying don't use the (smelly) lift in event of fire !!!!??? the cleaners were excessively loud in the hallway shouting and dragging equipment between rooms (sounded like approaching train) at 8am - 10am waking us up. Never heard anything like it in a hotel. Mentioned in many feedbacks so hotel must be OK with it ?? this changes score from a 6.5 to a 4
