The Golden Triangle is considered the nicest part of town. House prices are the highest in the whole of Norwich and there are tree lined streets, quaint coffee shops and a unique Unthank Road to eat fine food and drink excellent coffee.
Getting Around:
On main bus route to city centre, university and hospital. 10min walk into town and a 5min cycle.
Other Things to Note:
*Please be mindful to keep noise to a minimum after 22.00 on the ground floor. A couple lives below the property.
*Please don’t play the piano after 21.00
*There are steep steps leading up to the property and up into the bedrooms.
*As with most terraced houses, this unfortunately isn’t a very wheelchair friendly property.
