Duplex gîte above the owners' apartment, on the 1st and 2nd floors of the house (access via an independent external staircase). 1st floor: living room (Smart TV) and open kitchen (access to terrace and garden on one level), 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm), bathroom with bath and shower, separate toilet, relaxation area with infrared sauna and table football. 2nd floor: 4 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm / 1 double bed 160 x 200 cm / 1 double bed 140 x 190 cm with 1 baby bed / 2 single beds 90 x 200 cm) including 1 with TV and private bathroom and 1 mezzanine / sleeping area with access by miller's staircase (1 double bed 140 x 190 cm - height less than 1.80 m), 1 separate toilet, relaxation area with billiards. Large exposed balcony, large terrace and private enclosed garden with private 6-seater spa. All included (linen and cleaning). Firewood provided (from December to April). This cottage combines the ideal characteristics for a multi-generational stay: spaces reserved for each person, equipment to challenge yourself and relax, a beautiful garden designed for long evenings to remake the world... The location of the house in the heart of the Tarentaise leaves the choice of the ski area (La Plagne, Les Arcs, the 3 Valleys) and many hiking or cycling possibilities. The owners will take great care to make your stay a tailor-made experience. In addition to the central heating, the wood stove will bring you a soft and comforting heat; a large chest filled with wood is available (equivalent to 4 bags), as well as kindling and natural firelighters.
