Positive: The location was good for us has we were visiting family and friends in the area. But it is on a busy estate next door to a convenience store. Property was clean and comfy but a little cluttered very small kitchen. Great entertainment system and WIFI good. Clean inside property. Garden needs TLC the kitchen drain was blocked - which we cleared ourselves. We would stay at Glenroy again if needed to be in that area.
Negative: Dining room table set with crockery and cutlery, needs to be in cupboard as this is collecting dust and dirt. There was far too many emails and messages being sent before, during and after our stay at the property! also in all the time we have been staying in holiday lets and that's many years we have never been asked what time we would being vacating the property on departure day. Departure time is 10am!! their cleaning schedule should not the visitors concern.
Summary: Fine served a purpose.
