The adjacent family room is perfect for entertaining guests or spending time with family, complete with cozy seating areas. The dining room is equally impressive, with custom lighting, ample space for hosting large dinner parties, and a seamless flow into the kitchen. The interior of the home was designed to maximize your view of the coast and its natural beauty, with its larger window and easy access to the outdoor living areas. Upstairs, you'll find the luxurious primary suite, with a spacious bedroom, and a spa-like en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub, double vanities, and a walk-in shower. There are three additional bedrooms, each with its own unique charm and character. Stroll from your back door down the path to Sand Hill Cove Beach and spend the day in the sun. Please note during this property requires a seven-night minimum Check-in is no earlier than 3:00 on Friday and check-out is no later than 10:00 the following Friday. Commercially laundered linens packages are provided for the occupancy of the property. This included linens, a towel set (bath towel, hand towel and facecloth) for each occupant, hand towel and bath mat for each bathroom and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not provided unless otherwise specified on the listing. The listed cleaning/linen charge is for one week. Guests staying for more than one week will incur an additional weekly linen charge and an additional $25 cleaning charge. Guests can opt to bring their own linens for a credit.
