Located in the popular North Hills area with ceiling fans in 3 bedrooms, washer & dryer, office desk, cable tv, Wifi, coffee bar, high chair, crib, stroller, & family games. Surrounded by beautiful trees, lake on site, fishing & walking trails. Near all the action that Raleigh has to offer like the amazing North Hills Mall. Prime spot for families & friends with restaurants, theaters, shopping, coffee stop, & outdoor activities.
Gray couch extends into a full size bed. Pack and play is the crib. Property is equipped with WiFi only. You are responsible for your own downloads.

There is a $40 fee for early check in’s, but only if the time requested is available (no more than 2 hours early). Dropping off personal belongings is considered an early checkin. Our maids need time to clean the property and sometimes they run a tight schedule.
Note that any tampering of the nest video will result in full deposit being lost. Front door video is to insure that maids get in to property to clean on time, as well as making sure our guests have no problem getting into the unit with the assigned access code. Anyone at the property is considered a guest, whether they spend the night, or not. Please be honest on your guest amount. A $300 security deposit will need to be paid within 72 hours. If property is claim free following your stay, then 85% of deposit will be returned to guest in 14 business days from date of checkout. Guest agrees that the 15% of deposit goes to host for a service fee that is charged to host by platform for use of deposit feature, as well as for management to conduct a walkthrough following guests departure. If more guests than what shows on booking are present, then full deposit may be lost. Guests are considered guests whether they spend the night or not. Host has the ability to ask guests to vacate before the end of their stay with no refund if rules are not followed. Guest also agrees when booking this property that this unit is a condo with surrounding neighbors, and that any possible noise from neighbors is beyond the control of home owner. Refunds will not be issued for said situation. In addition, NO refunds if ANY issues are brought up AFTER guests stay. We take pride in resolving issues DURING our guests stay. Guest agrees to inform host immediately of an issues or problems that guest endures. Guest agrees that any negative review that impacts hosts ratings will be removed if guest doesn’t inform host of said issues that are noted in review DURING their stay.
